Jen and Jube at the top of CamelbackAlright! So The Jenna Bean came to visit me last week and I showed her all over Phoenix and Scottsdale. I had such a good time with Jen and I was so happy she came to visit. We went hiking up Camelback Mt. and I was sooooo proud....she made it the whole way to the very top! Yay Bean!
I'll try to put a slide show together of us and all our adventures hikings and post it on here.
I also took her out for her first sushi experience at my favorite sushi restaurant called Sapporos for lunch after hiking to celebrate.
I taught her all about saki bombs! Ohhhhh yeah! I'll let Bean explain a saki bomb to mom later! :) We also went and saw and awesome 
exibit at the Botanical gardens....took some great pictures! We went for the Chihuly exibit, who is an artist that does exquisate glass blowing....really fabulous stuff!!! On Thursday nights I started playing open mic nights at a local Scottsdale bar called the Wok Star. 
Its a small little dive bar but I know everyone that goes and they started doing op
en mic nights, so I strap on my guitar and sing a little...and Benna was there to take a few pictures! She took a video so I'll try to put that up there. I wrote a song for open mic on Thursday that I played while Jen w
as there. I wrote it about guys who wear pink.....so Josh and Jer....if you wear pink....I'm sorry! haha...I'm really talking about the nuts from Scottsdale. Anyway...I'll try to figure out how to post a video...Jen's better at that...so maybe Jenna?? can do it?? Moving on: At the end of the week we went to a Diamondbacks game which was soooo fun....I love baseball in the summer and I had tons of fun sharing that with her! I hope you had fun B

Yay....She's leaving for her job...doing some traveling but I will start moving our stuff next week. We got a great three bedroom house in Chandler...great area! It has a pool, several orange and grapefruit trees in the back yard....AND in the back yard beyond our fence is a wide open lot where they keep horses!!! I
have 8 horses in my back yard!!! Love it!! Crissy and I are so excited to get out of our tiny apartment! And now we have an extra bedroom so....Bean come back come back!!! We'll have a room for you! Okay....here is my last bit of news! Grand Canyon Films just got funded to do a new movie based on the book called 'Escape from Hell' about a green beret Vietnam veteran...a story based on a true story about when this man got back to the states from the war and the characters he meets as he travels the US escaping PTS. I'm really excited for this film for two reasons....one: its a great story and I'm excited for GCF that we got funded. Hollywood and Jeff Santo brought me into the office to talk to me, and I thought they were just going to get me more involved in film making as a production artist....continuing my work as their executive assistant....meaning I would be there from beginning to end. However, that was not the case. They brought me in to offer me a role in the movie!!!!! I'll be playing a 19 yr old girl....a supporting role to the lead guy....I'm sooooo excited! This will be my first on camera experience and I start shooting in August! So wish me the best and I'll be excited to post more about the whole experience.

Mom and Dad: Andy and I already took time off for July and we will be flying up on th e18th and staying till the 22nd! We can't wait!
