"Everything's Better in Chester"

Hey all! So I'm in Chester, PA getting through the week and then headed again to New York for the last time on the tour :( Tyler is already working in the Theatre in New York as a sound technician and his show opens this weekend Off Broadway...and that means....FREE tickets for Jubilee! I'm so proud of my friends! There's an event party celebrating the opening of the show and the tickets are over $200/person for the party and the show....but not for me...I love the theatre! So I have a fun weekend ahead. The week has been super busy with four show days back to back and a three show day today....where some little guy in the front row...as I'm running through the "forest of children" yanked on my costume and ripped open my shirt.....OOOOOHHHH so glad I wear undershirts huh!!!?? Close call kiddos! Mema...I would have loved to see the fish fiasco....sounds like a funny funny time! I have seven weeks left on the tour and then....who knows??? Definitely need to schedule in some family time! I'm bummed that I can't see you all in March but I hope you all have a wonderful time. Next week I head south to Virginia, North Carolina and Kentucky. Miss you all! Love love love!

Me and some girls carpooled to go see him, it was fun :) The other night we sat in for a presentation by from the President of the AIGA... a major design firm. That was really interesting. Otherwise i'm just going to school and such. Me and Bailey checked out another apartment... the floorplan was awesome and the kithen was sweet... and super close to campus, but the outside looked like the ghetto and we are a little to scared to live there... so it's probably a no. :( Still looking. Love everyone! I'll see you in march!

Ice fishing!

Hey Jere I like the picture. You have a full time job taking care of such a sweetie!! We went ice fishing on Sunday, it was a tad colder, but caught fish. Our neighbor caught 60 walleye and perch in the afternoon. We do not have that active of a hole, but did catch our 10. The last fish of the day was mine, BIG FISH, coming out of the cold, clear, ice water, Dick says "Let me help you",(famous last words), he went down on the ice, I dropped the pole to help him, and the HUGE fish found freedom down the hole. We were an entertainment for about 50 fisherman. It was quite funny and very hilarious for the fish. We did have a good time. Grandma sure is enjoying eating the walleye. Love Mema

DADDO Update and Jube's Birthday

FROM DADDO; Going Ice Fishing tomorrow. Excited about coming to Kansas in 4 weeks. GMA is packed already! Jube is our BD girl and got to have her special day off today. I'm thrilled that everyone is doing so well. I'll email some pics to you later. Juber gets to come home in April! We can have her BD party then. I'm running okay. Having a marathon in April and May. Will scout out some lakes in Manitoba for fishing. Mom and I will be biking this summer.

Just thought I'd say HI! Happy Birthday to Juber Ann, 24 is a good year!! Glad you had to day off!! I went to a Dinner Theatre, performed by local talent at a convention center with come friends last even. It was great fun! The local talent had a 34 voice choral group and band and Red and Green hocky humor. They had a sell out crowd of 400 women, it was a hoot. Dad and I are going fishing tomorrow while the ice lasts. Took Grams out today, it was 30 degrees. Yeah! Maybe Spring has Sprung! Love to All Mema

Wow... I didn't think you guys were actually gonna post. That's amazing. Well sweet... I can't believe Jube is 24 tomorow.. Bue! You dont seem that old! Dang... We got out of school today! at 1:00 at least, which was pretty nice since i have a 3 hour studio this evening. Chelsea came to pick me up in the snow... and she has a stick shift, so she couldn't get up the hill! A cop came by and me and the cop had to push it up the hill, haha. Classic. Me and the roomies are gonna go check out an apartment later today. Excited about moving in with the newbies already. Maddie's dog is driving me insane! It's jumped up on my lap 3 times since i've been writing this. haha. Anyway.. I'm learning this new program that enables me to create an animated logo! SOOO HARD! I'm struggling... I'm also redesigning book covers for 3 Vladimir Nabokov books. Those are going good. Otherwise, nothing too exciting is happening. I will try to get the iron chef on there Jube, but those dvds aren't too compatible with my mac, i dont know why. (p.s... my mac rocks)... Okay, well thanks for posting! Good job Beano! Nice idea. Missin everyone. Not a lot of news over here on the east coast. I just got out of New York again. Visiting friends and working hard....always working hard. I'm currently in Maryland and plan to hop over to Washington DC for my 24th birthday. I've decided that after this year...I will only celebrate the anniversary of my 24th birthday. So next year shall be my one year anniversary....no more of this getting older/growing up business. I found out that my tour is actually going to be cut short by two months. Originally I was schedule to June, but the office sent a letter saying April 18th will be our last day! It's been a wild adventure but I'm ready to go home and relax a little bit. Other than that I'm doing good. Trying to stay warm as well. It's currently snowing up here. Yuck. Hoping for a snow day. Missing and Loving you all! Keep this going...Jenna....Post some Iron Chef when you figure it out! Can't wait to see that action again! aaaaaaaahhhh shenanigans.

Jen: and everyone it's Mema, I hope I am doing this right. No news here, pray for Grams, she struggles by not being able to go out and see people. We are OK, Dad has been sick, cold and flu. Gave himself a shot. Hopefully will get over it. Went to Study Club last even, reviewed the book the Kite Runner, hope to see the Movie when it comes out on DVD. They have a audio book club at the Library here, seems easier to listen then read, I got lost in the names.The Study Club went until 1030 PM. I find the women interesting and many retired teachers. Jube will be 24 on Friday and is in Washington D.C. We are excited about Barack Obama, listening also to his wife, trying to believe in what he says he can do outside of the politicial arena. The key word is HOPE for the country. love MEMA
